Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Moon Goddess Consults, we are committed to providing high-quality services that support individuals and organizations in their healing, wellbeing, and transformational journeys. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following Return & Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness in all engagements.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to the following consultancy services offered by Moon Goddess Consults:
- One-on-one and group healing soulidarity support
- Wellbeing retreat facilitations
- Systems change research and applications
- Organizational strengthening activities
- Conflict transformation interventions
2. Service Refunds & Cancellations
A. One-on-One and Group Healing Soulidarity Support
- Cancellations: Sessions canceled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full reschedule or credit toward a future session.
- Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): A 50% service fee will be deducted from the refund.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
B. Wellbeing Retreat Facilitations
- Cancellation by Participant:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the retreat start date qualify for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
- Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the retreat qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Moon Goddess Consults:
- If we need to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.
C. Systems Change Research, Organizational Strengthening & Conflict Transformation Services
- Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are not available once the research or consultation process has commenced.
- If a client needs to reschedule a research or organizational support session, we require at least 7 days’ notice or proceed according to the Contract Agreement between the client and us.
3. Exceptions & Special Considerations
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend or participate in service due to medical or other serious reasons, please contact us at moonlit@moongoddessconsults.xyz as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To cancel, reschedule, or request a refund, please email us at moonlit@moongoddessconsults.xyz with the following details:
- Your full name
- Date and type of service booked
- Reason for cancellation or rescheduling request
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
